Roles And Responsibilities:

• Processing manual refunds to the customer's account through the payment gateway for the canceled/failed trips in the Salesforce tool.
• Handling customer complaints, inquiries and escalations in the Salesforce tool.
• Processing of inquiries from the internal CS team.
• Maintaining accurate data of processed transactions

Skills Required:

• Qualification - Min. B.com Graduate
• Work experience – At least 1-2 years
• Good at Communication - Mandatory written communication
• Excel skills – VLOOKUP , Pivot and Shortcuts
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Knowledge of payment gateways (optional)
