Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist various rating groups and companies in data maintenance for debt attributes and ensure quality assurance through various backend activities including new debt/deal setup, data collection and updates (e.g. changes, redemptions, additional offers, etc.) ) include. Identifying data inconsistencies by reviewing publicly available documents, sourcing transactional documents for analysis groups, screening and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, workflow management and invoicing for various products other than ratings.
- Monitor market data feeds and other various periodic reports to identify suitable candidates for the process, and search through documents in various public sources and other data sources.
- Monitors designated mailboxes to ensure timely and effective handling of internal and external customer inquiries. Organizes work to time sensitive requests/projects and meet deadlines.
- Facilitates the resolution of technical issues and/or more complex external inquiries under the supervision of a Senior Financial Data Associate/Specialist/Team Lead.
- Builds positive relationship with stakeholder to ensure customer satisfaction and trust
- Demonstrates ability to deal professionally with stakeholders. Offers a high level of service over a high volume of transactions.
- Escalates conflicts/issues/database/data inconsistencies promptly and efficiently.
- Can identify and investigate issues and/or discrepancies with data and/or follow-up requests with company or analysts.
- Resolves basic customer inquiries (both internal and external customers).
- Demonstrates an increasing awareness of procedures, policies and regulatory requirements related to her job function by asking relevant questions.
- Collaborate with ratings teams and other Moody's departments (Commercial, Information Technology, etc.) as needed.
- Providing back-up insurance for certain employees in the event of absence and holidays to ensure smooth service to GMO customers.
- Ready to take on new challenges.
- Demonstrates flexibility with last-minute changes to commitments and deadlines.
- Contributes positively to the team even under pressure or with routine and/or administrative tasks.

- Continue to develop a broad knowledge of financial instruments, terminology and related business practices.
Skills Required:
- Postgraduate or graduate with at least 2 years of experience and good academic record.
- Some relevant work experiences and/or relevant internships experiences and/or knowledge of financial instruments preferrable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive processes flawlessly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex business concepts to a high-level audience.
- Well organized and efficient.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.)
- A strong customer-centric orientation with the drive and enthusiasm needed to drive results and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
