Roles and Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative- The following lists the duties and job roles.

• Answering email inquiries, requests, complaints, and Google Play Store evaluations on behalf of OLX
• Call the client as necessary, following the protocol.
• ensuring that all questions and issues are addressed properly, maintaining and upholding quality standards in accordance with approved SOPs.
• resolving customer issues as soon as possible Using the right method from the beginning will produce correct resolution and reduce the number of cases that need to be revisited.
• preserving the defined SLAs for emails and social media tickets regarding first response times
• reducing customer dissatisfaction and ensuring customer satisfaction by responding
• coordinating and communicating with coworkers when necessary, and maintaining a continual attitude of cheerfulness, empathy, and professionalism with clients.
• to respond to requests for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms and apps in compliance with SLAs
• To precisely handle all daily duties and responsibilities involved in the process in compliance with the regulations
• Be willing to adjust to the demands of the company and to working extra during holidays, vacations, and round-the-clock shifts.

Selection Process Basic Criteria -A personal interview will follow the shortlisting of candidates based on factors including age, location, and qualifications. It will either be in-person or by phone for the personal interview.
