Roles and Responsibilities for Business Analyst-  The following lists the duties and job roles.

• Sources, reports and stories about gender inequality are primarily produced by companies.
• Works with developers, video editors, designers, etc.
• follows and observes current discussions around gender inequality in India and the rest of the region.
• Covers complex, deep issues and ideas in a way that attracts an engaged, returning audience.
• Where necessary, the series also represents Southeast Asia and India.

Roles and Responsibilities for Writer- The following lists the duties and job roles.

• Collaborate with business users to capture process, functional, and data requirements.
• Gain detailed knowledge of the business processes of the assigned regions and stay up to date.
• Perform database searches and analyze large amounts of data to enable requirement creation.
• Create and review data migration and conversion requirements.
• Help product managers prioritize challenges and improvements
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure business and system requirements are accurate and detailed enough.
• Coordinate teamwork globally to develop, support and analyze a solution.
• To increase your own effectiveness and the effectiveness of the team, offer comments on process changes.

Selection Process Basic Criteria -A personal interview will follow the shortlisting of candidates based on factors including age, location, and qualifications. It will either be in-person or by phone for the personal interview.
