1. Customer Success Associate

• Customer Success Associate- {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities for Flight Safety Executive- The following lists the duties and job roles.

• Use video calls to remotely verify your customers' KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
• Ensure all KYC procedures are performed in accordance with legal requirements.
• Collect and validate customer data, including financial and personal information, by asking the right questions.
• Check customer documentation to ensure it is genuine and valid.
• Accurately input consumer data into the appropriate databases and systems.
• Answer consumer questions and provide instructions on the video KYC process.
• Keep accurate records and record all interactions with customers.
• Ensure confidentiality and securityof all data.
• When necessary, liaise with customers and escalate issues to management.
• Keep up to date with any changes to KYC rules and procedures.

Selection Process Basic Criteria -A personal interview will follow the shortlisting of candidates based on factors including age, location, and qualifications. It will either be in-person or by phone for the personal interview.
