Roles And Responsibilities:
- Processing consumer orders received through a variety of methods, such as email or online platforms, quickly and accurately. This entails going over the specifics of the order, confirming the demands for customization, and assuring accurate data entry into the order management system.
- Customer interaction: Getting in touch with customers to confirm order details, respond to questions or concerns, and give status updates on orders. You'll operate as the customers' main point of contact, making sure that there is good communication throughout the order fulfilment process.
