Roles And Responsibilities:
- Put the material gathered into an English summary report using the company's style, and aid in its improvement.
- Utilise a variety of channels to gather and analyse research data, including the Internet, public disclosures from (listed) companies, government databases, and the private databases of significant newspapers and journals.
- According to applicable SOPs, conduct qualitative background research on the desired businesses/people and their connected associates.
- Conduct due diligence investigations for a variety of reasons, including AML/KYC compliance and third party management.
- Determine any pertinent hazards, contradictions, and information of the clients' interest.
- Accept challenges and ongoing change; manage ad hoc projects and tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines.
