Roles And Responsibilities:- Recruiting and on boarding-related tasks like gathering applications from various sources, assessing resumes, scheduling interviews, completing joining procedures, etc.
- Hiring, evaluations, transfers, and separations are just a few examples of HR processes that are related to the life cycle of an employee.
- Keeping attendance and absence data for staff members.
keeping records for the private files of employees. - Updating and maintaining the employee master data in the SAP HR Module.
- More administrative support for employees making travel arrangements.
- Any extra HR/administration-related duties that might sporadically be imposed.
