Roles And Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and reply to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and report problems to supervisors as and when needed.
- Providing information about products and services to customers.
- Search the required information using available resources and offer the solution to customers.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using appropriate software.
- Direct calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains that can best support the user.
- Documents all call information according to SOPs.
- Acknowledge, document and alert the trend management team in customer calls.
- Create SOPs for new issues and resolution date.
- Complete call logs and reports.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to empathize, pacify and manage irritated customers with exceptional communication skills.
- Technical knowledge in basic operating system troubleshooting and eager to learn new technologies.
- Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix troubleshooting. VDI, VPN, security app etc. via remote support.
