Roles And Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be responsible for Linux system administration and lifecycle management, both natively and in virtualized environments.
• You need to diagnose and fix problems in the Linux OS area
• You should be able to install, configure and update the server: operating system patch / kernel update management
• Performance tuning is required at the operating system level
• Applicant must monitor servers and systems used productively
• Candidate needs to develop script maintenance for automation (shell, perl, python)
• Applicant must be AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFT: 24/7 COVERAGE

Skills Required:

• Applicant must complete Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree with Linux Administration (SUSE) experience.
• The candidate must be Experienced in monitoring tools, eg. Nagios
• Candidate must be Intermediate in cloud technologies in any Open Stack / GCP / ACS / Azure
• Candidate should have knowledge of virtualization and server networking is an added benefit
• The candidate must have Experience in Configuration Management: Chef / Ansible
• The candidate must have good communication and presentation skills.
