Roles And Responsibilities:
- As a junior member, you must research and analyze billing-related issues, i.e. provide daily support to internal external customers as needed based on assigned centralized processes.
- You must analyze billing information to provide advice and data to ensure an accurate translation of the contract and billing information.
- Your role is to work towards enforcing the company's standardization goals, while ensuring that there is no revenue impact for the company.
- It is necessary to assist with cleaning, analysis, auditing and post-conversion repair projects as required.
- You need to compare the prices and lists of products / services invoiced on the invoices and perform invoice adjustments in SKP. Research customer billing problems and help resolve them promptly. Preparation of invoices based on the execution of the works (on site / off site) on a daily / weekly / monthly basis and in a timely manner with high quality levels.
- Your role is to help CDE, BDE, internal stakeholders to understand billing history, adjustments processed due to various reasons like quantity and price corrections, service not performed, etc.
Skills Required:
- Candidate must provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- You must have an understanding of sound reading
- Should possess excellent verbal (oral) and written communication
- You must have the speed accuracy of the required data input experience - Excellent keyboard skills
- You should have a good knowledge of MS programs - Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- You have to be flexible, it adapts well to change. Ability to manage various activities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
