Roles And Responsibilities:

• You must execute transactions according to guidelines and timelines to meet SLA goals.
• Your role is to execute customer transactions as per defined SOP.
• You must ensure adequate documentation of the result of the last transaction according to the prescribed format in order to meet the quality standards.
• You should be able to interact with the customer.
• You should be able to share experiences to facilitate knowledge acquisition.
• You should be able to provide the new process to achieve the client's goals.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of the insurance industry.
• Clarify written and oral communication skills with internal clients.
• Works well with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of KPIs and SLAs.
• Acumen for quality at work.
