Roles And Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be primarily responsible for AXP budget assurance, research and settlement, compliance and analysis.
• Responsible for the management of Balance Sheet Reconciliation - Research & Settlement and Analysis.
• Manage the aging of accounting and the reconciliation of open items and keep them within the desired limits.
• Role would require participation and guidance of projects from the respective process perspective.
• Continuously challenge the Status Quo and seek opportunities for process redesign.
• Maintain financial integrity at all times and proactively identify risks.
• Ensure the timely closure of AXP balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supports internal links in help projects.
• Ensure Time Frame and Accurate Reconciliation of assigned accounts.

Skills Required:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must have background in Accounting / Finance.
• The incumbent should be a graduate (B.Com or equivalent) or postgraduate with approximately 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Must possess strong analytical skills, maturity, good judgment, positive / independent / structured approach.
• Should be operated in a global environment.
• Must possess strong problem solving, planning and analysis skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement, innovation.
