Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibility as a Junior Customer Service Executive will be that you need the operation and maintenance of network equipment or components to increase network efficiency and availability.
  • It is necessary to ensure efficient and effective technical customer service according to the SLAs.
  • You must manage the Technical Support Center (helpdesk) and escalation desk / ticket operations for all NOC and SOC issues.
  •  Review L3 / L4 incidents and ensure resolution efficiency to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of network components and other specified equipment (eg ATM) to promote network efficiency and availability.
  •  Your team of specialists will provide technical expertise in assisting customers with installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs for IP, Transportation, Voice and Mobility, ATM WLA.
  • You need to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues and take corrective action when needed.
  • Technical expertise, business planning and workflow management must be provided to ensure smooth integration of network and system solutions / network enhancement.
  • It is necessary to ensure that all installation functions are performed in a timely manner to meet the specification.
