Roles And Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of the end-to-end core business processes of Human Capital Management
- Good knowledge of the life cycle of software projects.
- Assisting the functional team in defining and designing developments needed to improve the standard product to meet customer requirements
- Ability to facilitate customer discussions and explain the areas of proposed improvements
- Ability to precisely define the problem and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Should take responsibility for fulfilling assigned tasks
- Should be able to complete simple tasks without assistance
- Provides administrative technical support (when needed)
- Solves problems of limited complexity within the general direction of work and a well-defined framework of departmental/functional policies and practices
Skills Required:
- 0-3 years SAP experience
- Experience/exposure to SAP HCM On-Premise or/SuccessFactors (at least one SF module certification and implementation experience)
- Exposure/experience in show-tell workshops and SAP best practices
- Experience in configuring business processes and testing process scenarios
- At least 1 full lifecycle implementation/rollout demonstrating ability to manage configurations, set up data, develop process flows, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with integration topics in different modules of HXM and other SAP solutions
- Knowledge / experience in the field of business process reengineering is good to have
- Knowledge/experience of master data management and integrations would be an advantage
- Domain experience in the HR function is good to have
- The ability to write detailed functional specifications is good to have
