Roles And Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of business English. (Almost native.)
- Ability to listen carefully to each consumer and use the information provided by the company to personalize responses / actions to meet the specific needs of the consumer.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in an emergency.
- Able to maintain client confidentiality.
- Respond to customers on official channels professionally and by officially responding to their inquiries, suggestions and complaints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including verbal with correct grammar. (50 wpm minimum with accuracy).
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries, so that we can understand and have a better understanding of consumer needs.
- Record the details of comments, requests, complaints and actions taken in the interaction notes and reports, if necessary, and update them in our platform.
- Search for the required knowledge/information using available resources.
- Processing of forms, orders and applications necessary to help our customers.
- Identification, escalation of priority issues and reporting to senior management.
- Routing of interactions / cases to the appropriate service resources.
- Technical expert in related computer applications.
- Ensure that adequate security and confidentiality procedures are followed on all customer interactions.
- Other tasks assigned or required to better serve our purpose.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings / additional training sessions as scheduled.
Skills Required:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a UK / US non-voice process. Graduation is a must (must for HBS).
- Experience in handling public queries.
- Ability to work closely with others.
- Good computer skills.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Good self-study skills.
