Roles And Responsibilities:
- Respond timely and accurately to customer inquiries via email, web chat, letter, phone, etc.
- Identify customer needs and the appropriate service.
- Update our internal database with information on technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Coordination with other internal teams/departments to resolve the customer query or request.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities and promote digital service channels.
- Timely follow-up with customers to ensure their questions and technical issues are resolved.
- Keep customer focus at the heart of all transactions.
- Support a positive work environment by complying with company policies.
Skills Required:
- Qualification requirement is of Any Graduate
- 0-2 years of experience is mandatory.
