Roles And Responsibilities:

• You need accountability for revenue and gross margin achievement on customer-funded projects, tracking expenses and costs against realized and realized benefits as projects progress
•  Projects need to be planned, specified and maintained in line with the strategic plan / roadmap.
• Your role is to plan and monitor project execution, manage risk and resolve issues appropriately to ensure projects are executed within the agreed schedule, cost and performance
• You need to work closely and provide support to interested parties.
• You must certify that the project results meet the appropriate quality levels, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with the project plans
• Third party contributions to projects should be checked as appropriate
• Monitor Cisco India customers tackling the project from start to completion, including troubleshooting the project.
•  You need to create a project schedule and project management plan with financial, resource and material requirements.

• You must certify that the project results meet the appropriate quality levels, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with the project plans
•  Expenses and costs need to be controlled against realized and realized benefits as the project (s) progresses.
• Issues must be addressed appropriately to ensure projects are executed within the agreed schedule, cost and performance
• You should have good written and verbal language skills.
• Risks need to be recognized and risk prevention strategies and mitigation actions implemented as appropriate

Skills Required:

• You must have a minimum of 7.0 CGPA or equivalent
• The intern requirement is for the 2023 passout only
• They should have good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• It should have high levels of customer orientation and service excellence
• It should have efficient collaboration skills with internal / external clients and cross-functional teams.
• He should have excellent communication skills.
