Job Summary:
Answer incoming calls within the policies/goals set by the client and management. Consistently archives the quality goals of calls to achieve customer and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Details:
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
- Minimum qualification - Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Maximum Qualification – Graduates (students may be considered but should not be regular college students)
- Experience all Undergrad or Graduate Freshers.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional Spoken Skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational layers (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Job Profile:
- Responsibility: Technical support for international customers
- Shift times: Should be flexible to work in US rotational shifts.
- Desired skills: Need perfect communication skills in International Language English.
- Must-have technical knowledge (hardware, software and network concepts)
- Working days: 5 days of work
- Weekly offs: 2 weeks offs (rotation and split)
- Transportation: Pick up from home and home drop.
