Job Description & Eligibility

Manage the day-to-day operations of a team, including coaching and regular performance monitoring.
Monitor the individual performance of team members to assess their results, learning, and skills.
Effectively manage any service issues raised by internal or external clients.
Work independently and progress without specific instructions or close supervision.
Make effective and relevant decisions based on data, analysis, and experience.
Build a high-performing and efficient team through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate supervisory practices.
Optimize workflow and task allocation.
Oversee client onboarding, including compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Proven ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams.
Flexibility and adaptability required to manage interim projects and processes according to business needs.
Knowledge of banking products.
Proven experience in leading organizational and process change.
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, plan, prioritize, and resolve problems, proposing viable solutions and implementing them.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in anti-money laundering, compliance, fraud, Know Your Customer (KYC), or operational risk is an asset.
Proficiency with mainframe and PC systems, and excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience managing high-performing teams.
