The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features. Contribute to the identification of dependencies and development of domain design documents for our highly available and globally distributed services.
• Create and implement code for a product, service, or feature, reusing it as needed to solve complex engineering challenges in data management, performance, durability, scalability, security, and resiliency.
• Collaborate with Azure engineers to ensure seamless data resiliency integrations. Continuously improve reliability, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Act as the designated manager (DRI) for monitoring systems/features/services to detect degradations, downtime, or interruptions for simple issues, and recommend actions to restore the system/product/service according to the playbook. Analyze current developments and proactively seek new insights that will improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance, while ensuring consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven programming experience in languages ​​such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
• Object-oriented programming or managed code (e.g., C#, Java, C++, Go, or similar).
• At least one year of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and testing large-scale services or systems.
• This position requires compliance with Microsoft, customer, and/or government security requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security checks:
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position requires successful completion of a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
