The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze data on effectiveness to identify trends in personnel allocation, productivity and capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain side tables and reports for forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with workforce management and operations teams to provide access to data solutions.
- Extract and transform data with the help of SQL and information technology platforms like Azure Databricks. Communicate clearly the information to the interventional techniques and non-techniques.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, effectiveness planning or business intelligence. Experience averaged with Power BI, SQL and Excel (advanced functions, cross tables dynamics, data modeling).
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Power Apps/Automate. Familiarity with generative IA tools (p. ex., Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Knowledge of effective management systems and information-informatics data platforms. Excellent skills in analysis and resolution of problems.
- Parfaitement bilingue (français/anglais): The candidate(s) must communicate in English and in French in order to support clients in various jurisdictions outside Québec.
