The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Work within the data maintenance team to modify onboarding dates in the payroll dashboard.
- Apply employee lifecycle changes to a file.
- Assist MIS with headcount reconciliations, payroll processing, and support annual compensation accrual activity.
- Coordinate and review all onboarding date changes for new hires.
- Coordinate and process all termination, salary retention, transfer, and termination employee contribution recovery and reimbursement processes.
- Respond to various payroll inquiries from employees or HR, understanding basic payroll transactions and terminology within our organization.
- Manage the fundamentals of the position by following established instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
- Calculate full and final settlements for terminated employees within tight deadlines. Liaise and coordinate with the HR Operations team, other General Accounting colleagues, and the FTP/Payroll team on planned activities.
- Report anomalies noted in data submissions by HR colleagues and ensure arithmetical accuracy, etc.
- Ensure strict compliance with personal data guidelines.
