Roles And Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements: Talk to stakeholders, such as business users, managers, and IT teams, to learn about their needs, goals, and specifications. In order to effectively elicit and document requirements, do interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- To maintain successful communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, work with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and testers. Facilitate talks, workshops, and gatherings to get feedback and deal with issues.
- Analysis and supporting evidence Examine and record system requirements, workflows, and business processes. To properly capture and convey requirements, create user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other documentation.
- Gap analysis involves identifying differences between the present state and the ideal future state and then suggesting fixes or advancements to close those differences. To find areas for improvement and optimisation, analyse the current systems, data, and procedures.
