Roles And Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive and in-depth business and industry research and comparable business analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for a company or group of companies.
• It supports various financial analyzes, including evaluations and the consequences of the merger.
• Prepare presentations and other material for customer pitchbooks.
• Prepare credit approval notes and marketing materials (offer reminders) to assist in the deal review process.

Skills Required:

• Candidates in this role must be one of the following:
• Chartered Accountant / CFA Charter Holders
• Postgraduate (MBA / Master) degree in finance or business administration from renowned institutions
• Graduates and postgraduates in engineering (IIT)
• 0-2 years (post-qualification)
• Excellent knowledge of balance sheet analysis and corporate valuation
• Strong academic aptitude, quantitative skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
