Roles And Responsibilities:

• You must politely respond to all incoming requests for help from customers by phone and email

• You must document all relevant end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the issue or problem.

• You need to update your own availability in the RAVE system to ensure the productivity of the process

• You must record, track, and document all requests received, problem-solving steps taken, and all successful and unsuccessful resolutions

• You must follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all customer inquiries.

• You must resolve all customer requests according to the SLAs defined in the contract.

Skills Required:

• You should be attention to detail.

• Must have good speaking and listening skills.

• You must have good sales skills.

• Should have good communication skills, both written and oral(Required).

• You must have an accent neutrality.
