Job Description:

  • For this job, you as an engineer must be able to contribute by configuring, deploying and troubleshooting complex software applications at the company level.
  • We're looking for an engineer who is passionate about AWS / Azure Cloud / Google / Alibaba technology, who helps customers succeed, who is passionate about quality, and who really enjoys what they do


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Active member of a team that supports Cloud Operations Center business units around the clock.
  • Implement, test and evaluate the cloud infrastructure offerings on multiple cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Alibaba.
  • Creation and provision of Managed Services reports to the customer with valuable recommendations, suggesting new cloud services for customers, answering customer inquiries about the currently provided infrastructure, options for cost optimization, etc.
  • The goal of the team and the entire operations organization is to build strong relationships and achieve complete customer satisfaction through first class support.
  • Strong knowledge in the management of Linux systems, migration and architecture of complex multi-tier applications on private or public cloud infrastructures.
  • Windows / Database / Network / Storage Management experience would be an added benefit.
  • Work with standard / open source tools to reliably manage our infrastructure and resilience in the face of unexpected behavior, including tools like boss, scripting languages, etc.
  • Maintenance and improvement of the existing company infrastructure.
  • Manage the construction and implementation of the cloud infrastructure environment during the life cycle of the solutions.
  • Automation of cloud deployments, recurring operations, improving operational efficiency using tools such as Cloud Formation Template, Terraform Script, Python, Ansible, etc.
  • Be an active member of team collaboration and operations.
  • Work experience with ITIL-based support ticketing tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL.
